How do a2c properties differ from hotels or serviced apartments?
We offer a live like a local in your own home away form home experience! Separate bedroom/s, full size fully equipped kitchen and laundry*, with some properties offering a balcony or courtyard. We include complimentary extras such as free wifi, parking*, starter provisions, bath products, books, magazines, and housekeeping services available.
Do I need to bring bed linen, towels etc.?
No, we offer hotel quality bed linens and towels. We also offer complimentary kitchen, bathroom and laundry starter provisions.
Is WIFI available?
Yes, we offer FREE wifi.
Are Netflix/Cable/Pay TV available?
No, however all include HD Digital TV which offers a wide variety of programs.
Are there appliance instructions?
Yes, however if not, search for make/model online.
Is parking available and included?
We offer 1 free on site parking bay at most properties. Where available, this is detailed in property description. Some of our properties have no on site parking.
Do I have to pay a security deposit and provide photo ID?
Yes, a security deposit is payable and photo ID is required before stay, to cover any incidentals and give us proof of ID and authorisation to charge for stay.
Are there any other costs?
No, however there are optional extras at an additional charge.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

How many guests can be accommodated and what are bedding options?

What is minimum/maximum nights?
3 night minimum. Enquire if staying longer than 28 nights.
What is check-in/out procedure and time?
We offer self check-in/out from 3pm to 10am.
What if I arrive late or leave early?
Not a problem, as we offer self check-in/out.
Can I leave luggage before or after stay?
No. You will need to make your own luggage storage arrangements.
